2 Data Controller

As PIC, 444ph determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and bears primary responsibility for ensuring that such processing complies with applicable data privacy law.

7 Data Retention

444ph retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law:

• Account Data: Retained for the duration of your active 444ph Account, plus a minimum of 5 years after account closure, in compliance with anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements.
• KYC Documents: Retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of collection, or longer if required by regulatory directive.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with applicable Philippine financial record-keeping obligations.
• Gaming Activity Data: Retained for a minimum of 3 years for responsible gaming monitoring and dispute resolution purposes.

11 Protection of Minors

444ph strictly prohibits the use of its platform by individuals under 21 years of age. 21+ 444ph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21. Age verification is enforced during registration and at KYC stage.

If 444ph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21, that data will be deleted promptly and the associated account closed. Parents and guardians who believe a minor may have created a 444ph account should contact 444ph support immediately using the details in Section 14.

12 Cross-Border Data Transfers

Some of 444ph's third-party service providers (such as cloud infrastructure and game providers) may be located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred internationally, 444ph ensures that:

• The receiving country provides a comparable level of data protection, or
• Appropriate contractual safeguards are in place (including data processing agreements imposing DPA-equivalent obligations on the recipient), or
• The transfer is otherwise authorized under the implementing rules of the Philippine Data Privacy Act.

Such transfers cover only data strictly necessary for the service provided by the respective third party and are minimized to the extent practicable.

13 Changes to This Privacy Policy

444ph may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal obligations, or platform features. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the 444ph platform, not less than 7 days before the effective date of the change.

The updated Policy will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the 444ph platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not accept the updated terms, you may request account closure in accordance with the 444ph Terms & Conditions.
